Never had a complaint about the place until now. An hour and a half wait for food despite it not being busy, then the bowling lanes kept breaking down, the kids only played half of their one game before they shut everything down, they didn’t want to reimburse for the bowling game but they did take the pitcher of root beer off and 1 bottle of beer off as “reimbursement”. They were not apologetic. Then there were some young kids that played the most profanity ridden music that came straight from the depths of hell to play where children were present. Basically one of the worst “going out for some family fun” experiences I have ever had. We ended up leaving to go somewhere else to eat.

I’ve eaten here a couple of times now and the service really kind of sucked. They’re slow to get to you and it takes FOREVER to get food from the kitchen…even when you’re the only one there. My last straw was the last time I visited. The “manager” took our order and then proceeded to go on break…playing the slot machines for a half hour. Thankfully someone else brought our food out for us. People deserve breaks but it looks pretty bad for the manager to sit there and play slots with customers in the dining room. Don’t think we’ll be back to eat.

Can’t really talk about the food since we never ordered. We sat at the table for over 20 minutes and was not even approached by the waitress. There was only one other table with people eating at, the waitress helped them but we were not helped. Finally left and went somewhere else to eat.

I had a large group for lunch and bowling. The service was great. There’s arcade games, pool and bowling. Everyone had a really great time. The food was very good and our server was awesome. Two members of our party have food allergies and Jordan made sure everything was safe.

Ordered take out blt pizza and family size loaded fries. Got it home to find a Canadian bacon pizza with a single order of fries with sides returned it to watch the bar tender then take the pizza I had taken home and brought back to a table right behind me eating in and brought me my correct pizza they then remade the loaded fries I had ordered which turned out great and what they should have been but the blt pizza was cold and had pizza sauce on blt shouldn’t have on. I’ve eaten here in the past with great experiences but as the time before this was a burned pizza good quality service unfortunately just isn’t there right now. Bummer as to the good take out in medford is getting very very limited

Lived in this town a decade ago and recently returned to enjoy pizza & a drink. Good bowling, good arcade, pizza was solid, and drink was good. Medford would be pretty dull without this place.

My family of 4 normally comes here about once a month for dinner and a few games of bowling. I would normally rate it about 4 stars. However after tonight I’m pretty sure I won’t be back. The food was good as normal, but shorty after we started bowling the completely uncensored rap music started. Basically every swear word in the book came over those speakers tonight. Definitely not my idea of a nice family atmosphere as long as that type of music is allowed there.
