Had lunch here, looks like a back in time place. Nice and clean which I appreciate very much. The staff so friendly and help us bring our meals to the table. The meat was a little dried but overall was good. I’ll say the ribs were my favorite. My sister order the chicken and that one was too dried. Also order the brisket plate with green bean and slaw. My dad liked the brisket plate as well with the corn bread.

Ordered ubereats at 830, the driver was there before 910 and it was locked up no one there. They close at 9, my bad, but sucky business practice. Cancel the order if you don’t want to fulfill it, don’t waste the drivers time and leave us hungry! We were looking forward to trying it for the 1st time but we’re disappointed and ate totinos pizza instead. Lame!

Stopped at Dickeys for a birthday dinner and was absolutely delighted with the service and environment! Everyone was happy go lucky and willing to help. Justin was such a helping hand and made sure we had everything we needed! Very nice young man along with the rest of the staff everything was out quickly and correct!

Friendly staff and our meal was good. With over 10 years restaurant experience I couldn’t help but pick out a few areas that need attention. Bathroom, lobby floor, and sauce station all needed a clean. Didn’t quite get the meal I wanted because the fryer was just cleaned (not the best time at opeing to complete this task) priced right tho.

The brisket sandwich was 1/3 fat. The top bun was covered in grease when we went through the drive-through it started talking to us, but then completely went silent so we had to go up to the window, where they acted like they were surprised to see us, and evidently the menu sign is automated and doesn’t work. The food was absolutely terrible. Top to bottom the sugar-free lemonade was terrible I can’t believe this place is still in business I would never recommend this place to anyone ever Absolutely horrible.

Took a friend of mine out for lunch, most of what we tried to order was no longer available. They dont even have french fries, 3 of the sodas were out. There were only 2 other customers, and the tables werent even cleaned, and this was prior to noon. Really wanted to try the western sandwich with pulled pork and brisket. The brisket was as hard as charcoal, even bread was stale…This place ued to be good, wasnt sure what happened to them, but was really disappointed.

Avoid. The ribs were so fatty and tough that I took 2 bites and threw them away. They were the worst ribs I’ve had in my life. The individual sides are a bit small. I ordered a 3 meat plate, and only got 2. However, it looks like the missing pulled pork was made up for with extra slices brisket? I Even with a coupon, this place just isn’t worth the money spent. It makes me sad because I remember when this place opened. I stood in line for an hour and the food was amazing. However, it’s gone so far down hill the food isn’t even palatable. Who wants dry brisket or ribs so tough you can’t even bite into them?
