It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The food was amazing! I was skeptical about eating whataburger in Florida but definitely worth it. The only downfall was ketchup splashed all over the window and there were endless amount of trays on top of the trash can. They asked us if we were dining in or taking out and we said dine in, they still brought everyone’s food out in multiple bags and didn’t offer sauce. The place wasn’t busy so they could definitely clean up the lobby a bit and get some clean trays for dine in customers. Customer service was just okay.

Extremely upsetting. Waited a half hour for a simple meal, paid extra for sauces and we didn’t get anything, got a simple burger with everything on it and came with nothing. Paid for a burger that came with nothing. I have children waiting for me I don’t have time for this. I’m too hangry to eat this sad burger.

The food was absolutely DELICIOUS and the staff was just so amazing! There’s a guy who works there (wish I had caught his name) who’s 6’5″, bald, and got the most amazing spirit about him! He stopped and talked with me and my family for a good 5-10 minutes, turns out he’s from Georgia and knew where our small town was! I’ll admit the line was outrageous so if you eat there, expect a little bit of a wait. But it’s definitely worth a visit!

Food took forever to get and was cold when they brought it us our frys was warm. See by the photo I posted the cheese didn’t melt. The photo is a cheese burger with not melted because it was cold when they put the cheese on.

I got my shake no problem but I then had to pull up for two burgers which I didn’t mind but I started having a problem when 5 cars got their food and it was big bags full of food. I sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes for just two simple burgers….ridiculous

Absolutely loved it. I have been many years ago and want to impressed but my boyfriend wanted to go and it was his first experience and it was very good. The burgers were probably the best I’ve had in a very long time. The French fries were crispy perfectly seasoned and the customer service was exceptional. They had our food out quickly, cooked properly and prepared to perfection. The apple pie was also amazing and hot and fresh. They cook the apple pies as they are ordered.

Trash is overflowing. Food all over the floor. Drink station is disgusting tables dirty. Waiting 25 minutes for burgers. This is our first time to one of these. It will be our last!
