I’ve ordered 3 times total and the order has been messed up each time. Each time I’ve brought it back it was just “oh my bad.” It might be worth to just get it delivered from ANY closer one or a different company completely. Horrible management seems like, or poorly trained staff.

This location is the worst location in town I ordered 3 different times very large orders and they never get it right.. Also they are super lazy good luck trying to place an order for Delivery after 11 pm they straight up hang up on people so they can get out of work as quick as possible god forbid they make more money.. I also usually tip a Benjamin when I order so it’s not like they are filtering out bad tippers..

I have tried to order for the past hour and they answer and hang up. Answer and get your phone number and hang up. 3 different individuals answered and hung up the phone. The only reason I even called because the online website didn’t work. Very frustrating to just order some pizza so took my business to a different pizza company because this is not the first time this has occurred.

Ordered a pizza and a salad only received my pizza. Delivery wasn’t made until almost an hour after it was pulled from the oven and the pizza was cold. Delivery Driver sat at one address for 15 minutes before driving back to the store and then going and sitting at another address for another 10 minutes.

Paid for a couple of pies the other day We waited around 30 minutes which is the usual time and check back Found out that delivery driver took off the other way and didn’t bring our pie for another 50 minutes. Call the manager and they Refused to give us a refund Instead they Wanted to give us more install credit for their poor service, After the phone call it took another 30 minutes for the delivery driver to finally show up And of course I’m sure you all know the pizza was gross Cold and soggy
