So I figured out why we do not spend our hard earned money at the Taco Bell in Franklin KY. I don’t eat beans or lettuce. So I ordered a 8 dollar nacho bell grande no bean and no joke they put two little pieces of their fake meat! I ordered no lettuce on my taco and I had 2 inches of shell ( I will post a pic) but you guys probably already know! I don’t understand Taco Bell thought process ??? Maybe it’s take what money you can while they can??? I will never go back to the one in Franklin KY! I know why we go to the Mexican restaurant! It’s the same amount and getting a big portions! Go to the Mexican restaurant!!! Spend that time getting better food!!

They say you taste with your eyes first, this says “I’m not really hungry!”. It always means a lot to me if my food is assembled well, then the person cares about what they are doing. The window service was less than friendly, no thank you, the food looked like a 3 year old made it.

They charged me for 2 double steak grilled cheese burritos but gave me the regular grilled cheese burritos. When I went in to ask them to fix it their response was we are out of 12 inch wraps…. Then why charge me for a double steak when you can’t give me what I paid for and do nothing to fix it. They treated me like I was crazy, like what they gave me was the same thing. It definitely was not, they were tiny and barely any steak on them at all. The fact they didn’t offer to compensate me for the over charge or offer me anything for the inconvenience is enough to make me and my family never give them a penny more. They stole money from me the way I see it and could careless about what they did.

Every time I’ve ever tried to eat here the food comes messed up not as ordered and they usually forget at least one thing also the app will let you buy things here but this location never has in stock and for some reason they take every single order and make every single car pull over into the parking lot into a parking spot and wait for their food I’m guessing they must be trying to win some sort of award for being fast drive-thru but it’s all Bs they mess up your order every time you come here and they make you wait forever you just do it in the parking lot not in the Drive-Thru and they do this with every single customer I felt like I was at Sonic drive-in unfortunately in this small town this is the only thing open late at night so occasionally we give them a shot every time being disappointed hopefully someone will do something about the way they operate

All we was looking forward to was a breakfast bacon crunch wrap. I ordered 8 breakfast bacon crunch wraps for my family. Instead I received 8 breakfast sausage crunch wraps! How hard is it to mix up BACON AND SAUSAGE!

Idk how a majority of these reviews are over 3 stars… these guys close the lobby so friggin early & even LIE about being closed! Delivery drivers have to wait in line like everyone else ordering at that moment despite the order probably being already done! I wish these reviews would get to the manager but they probably don’t give 2 shiis!
