Hey… I just walked in this place and my life changed forever. The atmosphere is awesome makes you stop an think. The food smell is phenomenal I almost died of hunger I just had to get something. I ordered some loaded cheese fries. Ok.. I didn’t expect to get the most delicious meal I’ve ever had in my life. It’s so good. Look at that picture. My taste buds were tickled by the crisp delicious flavors. Man i paid for it all and give them.this review. It’s not enough. I have a mandatory sized meal of food here but I want more. And it was mine minutes after I ordered it too. Crazy. Like you. Your crazy if you havnt been here. They are such awesome people. This is gonna a be every trip. I’m just gonna be fat now idc.

I got the Big Daddy J Burger. The cheese was deliciously gooey, and the burger wasn’t excessively large, despite having brisket, burnt ends, and onion rings. That, with the smoked baked potato with cheese, bacon, sour cream, and butter made for a delightful, filling meal. There’s a comfortable atmosphere to sit down, relax, and enjoy the meal!

Might as well be gas station food. Overpriced bbq, like everywhere else. Mac and cheese doesn’t have any flavor or uniqueness. Pulled pork is over cooked and has a funky smell that reminds me of raw venison.

My absolute favorite Lawrence barbecue place. They have a huge selection of different dishes on their menu. My favorite meat here is their burnt ends which are simply amazing. The loaded fries or one of their various burritos are my go to orders from here. They serve breakfast as well and are open at 630am. It’s worth checking out for sure.

Oh sweet baby Jesus the burnt ends here hit your soul. Every time I order burnt ends they have been glorious. Never dry. My only complaint is that sometimes they give you a small amount for your order.

Ordered the burger and unfortunately it was undercooked… However, I ordered burnt ends to take home and they were fantastic… I’m definitely a barbecue sauce snob and am not a big fan of their sauce… But the BBQ meats are absolutely worth a visit

Fast, if not overly friendly service. I had the lunch special, brisket sandwich & beans. Brisket was warm and tender. Beans were just beans. Sauces (3 kinds) were average. About what I expected from a gas station/restaurant.
