The atmosphere (Apple Ave.) is welcoming since the makeover, but unfortunately, they changed their recipes, too. I used to drive an hour to enjoy a vanilla shake at Mr. Quick, but when I ordered one the other day, it was awful. I felt like I was trying to drink a marshmallow. It was so foamy, it wasn’t even cold. It was undrinkable, so I threw it in the trash. I am so disappointed at this makeover, not of the building, but more the changes to the menu.

Waited 30 minutes for my food and still didn’t receive it. No communication from the workers on anything. By far the worst fast food restaurant in Muskegon. Use to be my go to place but it’s gotten worse since the new owner. I’ll just drive to the one on Heights Ravenna for now on.

Went to the new location today on Apple Ave. I was the only person inside the restaurant. They profess cook to order. Waited 15 minutes to receive my order had to request to receive the drink I paid for. Burgers were not close to warm. Fries were also cold. Very disappointing!!

We Got mustard burgers. They were filled with mustard so bad it was leaking off the burgers. MY family wouldent eat the 2 bargain bundles we purchased because they were gross as. Someone was mustard happy that day LOL otherwise we have great experiences!!!!!

8:55 and goto the drive through window and they said they’re closed over the microphone at drive through, maybe it would be better to update your business hours to closed at 8:30 instead of 9 pm.
