Ordered delivery dinner on a Sunday evening in January. Order arrived within half an hour. The appetizers were great – both the veggie spring rolls and the cream cheese wontons. The chow mein with chicken was alright, could be betterz more crisp and delicious maybe. Good value for the money I’d say. You need to order cutlery if you need it.

Just had an amazing experience at this location. It started off a bit rocky. I was the only one in line and the cashier was taking a phone order. I could tell she was having trouble hearing the caller so it was taking a long time. Howerve, someone who I originally thought was a nicely dressed guest approached me and offered to start cooking my order due to my wait. He must have been a manager, after washing his hand, he immediately got cooking my order himself. Amazing customer service!!!! I went to fill up my drink cup and bam! my order was ready! It was brought over to my with a smile (behind the mask) and I was told to have a great day and see you next time. I will definitely return to this location when I have the opportunity again.

The girl who took our order Judith R. was rude and very impolite. She seemed annoyed that we were there to order food an hour before closing. Looked as if they had already cleaned up and were ready to go home. It was not just us that she was rude to us but every customer who came in before & after us. Besides giving dirty looks to every customer who came in, She was not friendly and had an attitude. Our order took longer than 25 minutes and really didn’t appreciate the rude customer service after spending almost $50 for my family to get dinner. We usually love Pick Up Stix but will NOT be returning to this location again. On the plus side, The food was awesome!

I was very disappointed that none of their noodle dishes are vegetarian because of their use of chicken and other animal stock. Such an easy change that really wouldn’t effect the flavor, while making so many more of their dishes accessible to people who do not consume meat. I know I’ve gotten Pick Up Stix before, and there was no mention of the animal stock used in the noodles. I thought they were vegetarian. I feel like back then I was unkindly tricked. If I would’ve known back then, I would have ordered different or gone somewhere else.

Very clean, comfy, food is kinda hibachi style, made to order. I got the bourbon chicken. Loved it, they give it to you in to go containers with an empty plate so you can choose how much to eat now and later which is cool. Only like 9$ after tax for a hefty plate of rice and chicken.

I love going to Pick Up Stix for lunch. They always have the BEST deals on their website. Their chicken and chow mein meals are SO filling. I always end up eating the rest for dinner. This Pick Up Stix is WAY faster than others which is why I always end up going back to this place. Overall, I really like Pick Up Stix and will always be back. I have been coming here for a year and I am always happy 🙂
