The food was excellent and drinks amazing! They said that they are short staffed so idk if you want to you can get a job there but ordering was not the best experience. I was going a little fast with what I was saying to order but I had to repeat my self a lot and after we had ordered I had to say again what munchkins I wanted. (Also kinda funny but I saw some people playing super smash bros on 2 switches.

asked for French Vanilla Iced Coffee and Irish Cream Iced Coffee but they taste like 2 Iced Americanos that are burnt 🙁 also felt a little too long of a wait for bad coffee… the Dunkin we go to in Murfreesboro make these drinks perfectly and we order the same way, so I highly recommend Murfreesboro Dunkin’s! 🙂

I placed a mobile order at 8:30. When I pulled in i was waiting in the road just to get in line. It is now 9:25 and i have been sitting at the window for 25 minutes. There is one car in front of me at the window. I have seen more people leave the drive thru than people making it all the way through. The only reason i have stayed in line is because i have already paid for my food. If there was a way to get my money back through the app i would have done it already. When i finally got to the window my coffee was watered down from the ice melting and they had to ask me what’s good i got. it had been so long they had lost my order. The service is so slow and everyone is extremely rude. If i could give 0 stars i would.

I ordered a large matcha latte with liquid cane sugar and they somehow got the easiest drink to make on the menu wrong. I used to work at this same Dunkin. It had caramel in my drink. When a ticket doesn’t have something on it, don’t put random stuff in it. I’m very upset.

Last 4 or 5 times we have tried this location they are our of donuts and I dontbmean speciality ones I’m talking glazed and chocolate frosted. And a 15 min wait in line to get a cold coffee.
