If I could give zero stars I would. Poor customer service and very dirty. Only four customers two already waited on and they couldnt even clean the tables. Came in two minutes after 7:30 and they said we couldnt have the buffet when it was still stocked and there was only one customer eating off of it. I wouldnt come here again.

Always great. Probably the best Giovanni’s within 30 miles of Jackson. Order is always hot, right, and on time. Buffet at this location is always a great weeknight diversion from the regular dinner routine. There’s been some tinkering with the menu lately, especially with the subs and “sub sauce”. Make sure you’re clear on what you’re ordering if you haven’t ordered in a while.

They were so busy.. But food was on point.. Josh checked twice with 10 cars behind us he kept his cool and as a manager in retail accuracy is so important ps.. Ive never had a bad experience at our local Giovannis.. Happy Holidays guys..
