Quick trip to NOLA and found this spot on our way back from a day at the WW2 museum. Pleasantly surprised! Great service! Julio!! Even met one of the owners. I would recommend, you have lots of choice in NOLA and this should be on your list!

We tried the gumbo, red beans and rice, boudin chicken and tri tip and grits. We topped it off with the chocolate bread pudding. Service (Dior) was amazing and all of our dishes were delicious. Ambiance was nice too.

This place was my favorite place to grab a few drinks and some good food during me and my family’s trip to New Orleans. We visited 3 times in a week. The owner was very nice and welcoming.

Had the pan seared fish with crawfish macque choux and it was absolutely delicious. The fish was cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth. The macque choux added just the right amount of flavor and density to the meal to make it filling. Service was fast and friendly. Overall a great atmosphere to relax in after a long day!

Made it in for a late lunch close to 1:30 on a Wednesday and were greeted immediately by our hostess/waitress. I had the brisket sandwich topped with coleslaw and a side of fries and it was perfectly prepared and delicious. We enjoyed our cocktails before the food was served which gave us time to visit with out of town guests. Our waitress was very attentive and we were finished by 2:30pm.

The atmosphere, music and food here hit all the right spots with me! I had the Steak Tip Po Boy, a cup of Gumbo, and then brought some Chocolate Ganache Bread Pudding back to my hotel room (the raspberry rum sauce was an excellent addition to this already delicious dessert). Already planning my next meal here before I leave town.

The experience at Baronne Bistro is like no other. My grandmother and I had found ourselves walking aimlessly down the business district’s sidewalk, hesitant to step into “just any” restaurant. It’s rare that you find yourself hours away from home and willing to dine at some chain eatery that you could just as well get down the street from your house. This Bistro offers not only that coveted, unique dining experience, but also the charm, service, and enchanting tastes that only hole-in-the-wall places like this one can provide. Our servers were above and beyond excellent. They offered us one off-the-menu item: The shrimp + grits. A New Orleans classic, yes, but the Baronne Bistro’s version of the dish should be famed. Anyone who steps through the doors will be glad that they did.
