The chicken barely made serve temp, some pices did not. Mac was long in the warmer and low on temp. Mash was good temp. Biscuits where fresh and good. Service was good. Hard to get to drive throu with cars parked at its entrance.

Fries were fine. Tenders weren’t all that hot. Didn’t seem the freshest so mustve been just sitting chilling so my food was just ok. Got an apple pie. She asked if I wanted frosting. I said yes. Got down the road headed out of town only to realize there was none on it. I don’like it without it so I trashed it.

Order 16 mix family meal and 8 tender family meal I got 12 piece dark and the tenders were old I live about 30 mins away I had a dinner plan that night I ordered and for them to mess up my order was ridiculous I called and spoke to the manager she remembered taking my order and repeating it back to me she said someone else packed the food it’s crazy how you can get mix chicken confuse with all dark and only count 12 pieces when I ordered 16 SMH…. The manger said for me to come up there to get my order replace she gave me 10 piece mix and she gave me fresh tenders when the tenders were given to me it was not the manger it was some girl who in her mind thought she was 10 feet tall she gave me so much attitude and then slammed the window I told me my son why do people work at a place that requires customers service if they have no idea what customers service is this is there fault and she wants to give me the attitude this store needs work the employees need to know what customer service is and if they don’t like there job then they need to move around and find something else to do. The owner really needs to take a look at his store his employees and food

They didn’t include the 6 piece biscuits I ordered and the macaroni and cheese was burnt and hard. I called to ask for a refund but apparently they can’t do refunds without the physical card, I had to drive 19 miles to go back and get a refund. Garbage food and lazy employees.
