Been going here for over 10 years. My family have always chosen Pho Special as our go to spot. I’ve never had any issues with the food. Always good and tasty. I almost always order the Bun Bo Hue every time I come here. I also really enjoy their banh mi. I will say though, they do need to train their waiting and service staff a bit more. Sometimes they can be inattentive and a little rude. An example is how I will have to ask the server for something multiple times and it wouldn’t arrive until I’m halfway done with my food.

The 3 stars is purely for the service. I asked for an Arnold Palmer (half tea half lemonade). I got tea first. I explained that I want half in half the server took my tea and returned with a full lemonade. I explained again she took the lemonade and got me tea. Then I finally asked for 3 cups to mix my own Arnold Palmer. The food is really good and that’s important but I couldn’t get over my service experience.

The most unreliable business I’ve ever been to, or not been to I should say. The food is good, but they are never open when they way they will be, it’s 07/10 4pm Monday and they aren’t open for some reason, same as yesterday. I don’t know how they stay in business with such Inconsistent hours very disappointed.

I LOVE this place, I can’t properly rate atmosphere because I’ve only ever done to go orders through doordash but man I love their Pho. I used to work at a now closed Vietnamese restaurant and came to be practically addicted to pho and crispy spring rolls and since they closed I’ve tried many different restaurants and this one is 100% my favorite. They read the notes on to-go orders and make all the adjustments I asked for no problem, and this is the only pho where I’ll actually drink all of the leftover broth. My only wish was that the to-go hoisin containers were a little bigger but that’s not really an issue lol.

I like this place for a quick bite. The food is always fresh and the ladies in there are always nice and friendly. My only thing is that I usually have to flag one of them down to refill a drink, they don’t come and do it on their own. That usually is true for any other Vietnamese place I visit, but I’m a patient guy so it doesn’t usually bother me. Very clean as well

If you love Pho, you will love this place. If you don’t love Pho, you’ll still like it. They have wonderful authentic Vietnamese cuisine, but also offer some Americanized options for anyone who is not comfortable with chopsticks or fish sauce. And let’s not forget the Boba smoothies for dessert!

The pho is really good. The bahn mi sandwiches are good too. The peanut sauce is good, but the summer rolls aren’t rolled very tight and fall apart when you bite into them. The big problem is the service, or complete lack of it. My last several visits have been the same, the girls stay behind the counter texting on cellphones and never once check on me, the food or anything. Refills? Forget about it. In fact forget about me coming back any time soon. I shouldn’t have to remind the wait staff to put down their phones and tend to their ONE customer in the restaurant.
