This location needed a little cleaning, especially the bathroom and they were a little slow to refresh some of the toppings etc. we had to wait awhile for rice etc. the salads are excellent and I have stopped here a few times and I’ll stop again.

What a great spot. I usually hit up the Chipotle next door but today they happened to be out of guacamole so I decided to try. What a gem of a spot! Clean, modern, tons of great options. Customer service was fantastic! The young lady at the counter helped recommend a grain bowl for me based on my tastes and it was DELICIOUS. can’t wait to come back next time we are in town. Thank you

Been there twice now. Came the second time cuz the Seoul bowl is just so darn good. I like that you can request smaller amounts of dressing. The first time I came they offered the breads/chips but I didn’t ask if they cost extra. The second time I went, they didn’t offer the breads. Both times they’ve asked if I really want the tofu which has surprised me. It is great to be able to get a vegan salad that tastes good.

I waited over 30 minutes from when I arrived at my “food ready” time and still didn’t receive all of my order correctly. I find this to be incredibly frustrating. This location was messy with the garbage overflowing to the point you couldn’t put anything in it so customers just laid their trash around it. I understand having fun in the work place and socializing but maybe it’s not the best time when the line is out the door and you have a crowd waiting on to go orders.

The food was very good and satisfying. The employees were friendly and welcoming. The layout of the dining room, beverage station, restrooms, trash/recycling, and the densely packed tables made traffic a little convoluted. As a first timer, it was difficult to navigate in more ways than one.

I have waiting over 45 minutes since I have entered your establishment, and I have still not received my order. I waited in line for 20 minutes and my Açaí bowl order has still not been made. I find this to be incredibly frustrating, and there are clear system inefficiencies. I hope this input helps improve systems at this location.
