I love the Pizza Factory franchise. I don’t live in town but so this was my first encounter with porterville pizza factory. I got Cheese sticks. Bread was still undercooked, to the point where I wasn’t willing to eat it. Cheese was labbed on maybe half of cheese sticks rather than the full base. Very displeased.

My family and I were looking for a new pizza place to try besides the usual big chain pizza places so we decided to try pizza factory. We ordered delivery and got a large pepperoni pizza, potato wedges, spicy sausage sandwich, and originally ordered lasagna but got a call from the store shortly after placing my order and was told they were out of lasagna but they could replace it with any other pasta so I settled for the alfredo pasta (no big deal).

I decided to eat here with my mom for a nice lunch. However, the girl who helped us was incredibly rude. She had an attitude the entire time she took our order, and she aggressively slapped the food onto the table when it was ready. Terrible customer service. The tables were sticky and everything was pretty dirty. Gross environment. Lastly, the pizza was quite rubbery and was not worth the ridiculous pricing. Bad food. Overall, my lunch date with my mom was a terrible experience here. I wouldn’t bring your family here, unless you appreciate being treated like trash and having cafeteria-grade food thrown at you.

Wow, you guys have really gone down hill with delivery lately. You cant order extra mozzarella cheese on app, it will give you feta every time, dont get me started on crust selection. So trying to call in order is impossible, they put you on hold and leave you there till u hang up and call back, repeat cycle…I tried today but this is the last time.. waste of 1 hr trying to order…ill go to tonys

What a croc! 75$ spent and they give us this patch work of pizza made from different slices as if that wouldn’t be noticed the sandwich looked like it was made on one side horribly prepared. Oh and the large pizza burnt! Yeah not doing this again.

I love how this place serves all you can eat buffet! I really love there salads. It is really fresh from what I have seen but the only thing I have to complain about it the extra charge for ranch! Just raise the price and hand it out for free like it used to be. And what happened to the fresh green peas! You always say you ran out or something comes up and you don’t usually have them. Other than that it is a good place to enjoy a great lunch for the right price! One other thing is STOP draining the liquid from the chiles, I take a small bite and use that as an extra dressing! Sorry just hate when I go there and you have to dig through the chiles or get some that haven’t been poked. Other then my small complaints! You guys continue to do a great job!!!!

Today, my boys and I visited The Pizza Factory in Porterville. We walked in and noticed almost all tables were taken by customers and the phone ringing. We were helped right away. We ordered: A plate to the salad bar, mini pizzas, potatoe wedges, bread sticks and our order came to us hot and we enjoyed the delicious food. Yes, it was busy. The staff did a great job with the busyness and assisting us. I give our visit and experience an A+. Great job everyone
