We dined in because the drive thru is usually slow and it was fine. Staff was nice enough but really quiet. Bathrooms were out of paper towels and the condiment cups ran out but the place was clean. Nothing special to write home about but totally acceptable

Ordered online get there and they haven’t started on my order. 4 employees standing around doing nothing. No one in drive through and no customers inside. Then I get the order and garlic ribeye sandwich isn’t even worth $2 cause all the toppings didn’t even stack up to a half inch. The sweet heat sandwich was on regular bun not the Hawaiian bread its suppose to be on. Will drive to Loveland Arby’s from now on. Johnstown Arby’s is horrible.

It’s tough to review a place when they aren’t open at the time they say they should be. Lights were on and chairs down, but the doors were locked. This is the second time this has happened to us here. Don’t bother trying, it seems.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 classic combo’s with curly fries and 1 fish sandwich. I watched them put both classic sandwiches and the fries in the bag and 7 minutes later they put the fish sandwich. The fish was greasy, both classic sandwiches tasted like very old meat, they even had a darker coloring. Fries were ice cold. Nothing was edible – thanks for taking my money….

Was great when it first opened. Now the lobby is always closed or the whole place is closed during regular business hours. If you do get service the bread is hard, the fries are cold and the wait is long. Fast food used to be fast and cheap, now it is neither. For a few bucks more you might as well go up the road to Nordys, you will probably get food faster than this place.

We ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich for and they gave us a hard, cold cheeseburger! Of course I didn’t know until I drove 15 miles home. We could not eat the hamburger because it was gross and you could tell it sat there for hours making the beef like rubber. So, I had to drive 15 miles back to get the right sandwich that I paid almost $7 for. Other than that the staff seems friendly.
