We stopped as a family, and we ordered a variety of things, Papa Burger, Shrimp, chicken strips, fish. I ordered the Southwest Shrimp ricebowl. The flavor was awesome, but the rice got lost in the slaw. Overall I really enjoyed the spicy flavor, and I was not overfilled. Atmosphere was 3 stars because of the obnoxious music.

Place is dirty, run down, and service is slow. Root beer just didn’t taste right. They didn’t have hand breaded chicken and their burgers were a disaster. Definitely will always go to Richmond!

The service was poor and slow. They had everyone pulling up after paying to continue moving the line even though they couldn’t prepare the food in a timely manner. On top of the rushed ordering process, they didn’t give our drinks when they brought our food out, so we had to park and go inside anyway. The kids working were inebriated in one way or another. The food was cold, greasy, and bland.

I waited nearly 30min for my order, didn’t even get it, the people across from me got 3 different peoples orders, and before I left they had some girl walking around asking people what they had because they had no idea anymore. Half the sodas were out of the syrup and only giving you carbonated water, and the ketchup cups are as deep as a puddle so can’t hold much ketchup at all. I ended up leaving before I even got my order and went to dinner bell for my fish fix. Only the second time I’ve been here, and will probably be the last.

I’ll be honest, I was not expecting much from Long John Silvers and A&W combo. I normally leave these restaurant models disappointed, but this time was an exception largely due to Kayle (spelling). She was friendly and efficient. She also walked around checking on the guests like a waitress instead of a cashier.

Long wait at DT line and then get to the window to pick up our order they didn’t ring in a large fry. No way were we waiting even longer for them to ring in a large fry. Total time in line to as around 25 minutes which is ridiculous for a “fast food” DT short staffed or not. Didn’t offer sauce for corn dogs nor give them s any napkins.

They microwaved the hot dog it took the bun to a whole new level on nasty. The frys were so greasy and the root beer at the pop machine said fresh made in store be was so full of carbon.
