When I first arrived no one was there to take my order and all the employees were standing around doing nothing except for the ones in the drive thru. When I finally stared ordering I was talking with them in english and the employee with a name Rachel made a face and tell me “what do you want? ( Que quiere?)” I repeated myself many times and she was giving me an attitude with poor body language and talking to me an spanish which is ok, but she was trying to make me to translate every single word in spanish and saying that she doesn’t understand me. I relly dont know what was the pourpose of them to make me to speak spanish when they are able to speak English. When my order was finally ready they did my coffee wrong and they give me a really bad attitude when I told them that it wasn’t what I ordered and in that moment all employees gathered toguether and they staring at me while they were speaking spanish. This was the worse experience I ever have. One of the things that I will never understand is why people assume that because you are hispanic you need to speak spanish all the time, they need to understand that even if spanish is your first language there are some pleople that don’t know how to translate every English word to spanish.

Ordered 1 coffee and decided to redeem a free coffee as well. Got charged for both. When asked why the free redeem did not happen, I just got a shrug and “no redeem, i don’t know.” Thanks, I won’t be back. Keep that kind of service.

The coffee here is made terrible. My husband went to give it another shot but was again disappointed. He ordered a carmel ice coffee with cream and it was dark. He asked them to make another one and that one was just as terrible. Didn’t taste like any carmel in it. Will continue to go to Rte 83 or Grayslake for coffee until the employees are trained on how to make good coffee. Needs to work on customer service and a happier team.

I pulled into the drive-through at 2:18 PM on May 1 I ordered two everything bagels with plain cream cheese and a large iced tea they told me that they do not have any ice tea currently and that if I wanted to wait it would be about a half an hour I declined and said that’s all right I will just do the two bagels with plain cream cheese. Pull up to the drive-through window paid for my order and received my order in a timely manner however I feel completely robbed of the money that I spent because what I bought was supposed to have cream cheese on it however they were extremely skimpy on what they actually gave me it was as if I was eating two bagels plain without cream cheese if you’re trying to save money and skimp out on what the customers should be receiving this is not at North is it correct

The longest I’ve ever waited in line at a dnkin considering I was the first person in line and it took them 20 minutes to make my order. It looked like no one was working just one girl all by herself and I felt bad for her !!! Normally I go to the dunkin closer to my house but this one was just on the way and honestly never again

Ordered doughnuts at the drive thru just before 8am on a Sunday morning. No line. Ordered a dozen doughnuts and retrieved them at the drive thru in less than 2 minutes, so I commend you on keeping things moving. The cashier had change, which is becoming an issue throughout Round Lake businesses lately. For a dozen doughnuts (w/o a coupon) is $12.99, so more than $1 for an individual doughnuts. For what it costs to make a doughnut, this is WAY TOO HIGH. Your doughnuts are also smaller in diameter and higher priced than those local doughnut shops in Libertyville and Gurnee. Last, I asked for a couple to be cream filled and only received one doughnut with filling. Thank you for the good service.

Pulled into the drive-through placed my order and began to pull around to the window, and I saw this tuck blocking the exit to the drive through. I waited for my drink which I ordered a hot chai latte and it wasn’t even warm…. and I told the young male working at the window I couldn’t leave and told him the exit was blocked. He said nothing and walked off.. nobody came to the window nobody working inside went outside to try and get this thing moved… I got super close to the back end of the truck and just started honking at it until it moved… It’s completely unacceptable. The franchise owners do not care, if they did there would be standards at this restaurant…. Go to the Hainesville location! They have better service, make the drinks correctly and you won’t wait around all day.
