Long story short, I received a so-called stuffed crust pizza that was flatter than a crêpe LOL I took it back and they gave me a regular pepperoni pan, pizza, fresh, and hot without any troubles. I will say overall they handled the situation the correct way and thank you for their customer service.

The worst Pizza experience ever! Got the Holiday box. Ordered extra pepperoni got less pepperoni I have ever seen. The whole pizza had only one slice worth of cheese. I felt extremely ripped off!!!

I was going to go get my Hawaiian pizza for pick up once I paid in the store with cash but when I went for pick up they said they. Didn’t have my order and they kept asking me. If? It was the right location and I kept saying yes because I went into that store and paid with cash. But they just kept saying if it’s under a different name cause. I didn’t have my order and for a few minutes later. We were just he was just asking me back-and-forth if it’s the right location and I kept saying yes. Once I was arguing back-and-forth it was just getting tiring so something came out of the oven and he just wrapped it in the Box and gave it to me and I told them I don’t think That’s right because it had things that a Hawaiian pizza wouldn’t have like chicken and bell peppers. And the worker told me it’s right and that they’re Hawaiian kids. I has chicken. And I just don’t think that made sense because I’ve had Pizza Hut before and it did not have that. This was really a frustrating experience and I don’t really recommend going here if you’re not trying to waste your time. Terrible service and really upset.

So… We paid $50 between this dinner box, added upgrade from breadsticks to cheesy breadsticks, cinnabon desert and extra icing, which we didn’t recieve… And there’s a ton of marinara sauce, and 4 slivers of cheese. The wings are dried out and everything about this experience was wrong. Definitely ordering dominos next time…. What a waste of my hard earned money…

The manager at this store is rude and hung up on us. We placed an order through uber eats and they messed up both our pizzas and breadsticks and even forgot an order of breadsticks,we called to confirm order w store due to an allergen and they assured us they had it handled. When we got the order I called to tell them and she would not remake pizza or breadsticks as she put the blame on uber eats. I spent 170 on pizza you would think since she knew they made them all without cheese that she would have remade them but she refused too and hung up. worst customer care Ive seen in a long time..Pizza hut used to be our favorite but I will not order from that store or that lady again

The order was ready in time. Pizza Hut pizza is very good, never had a problem with my order before. This time one of the large pizzas was supposed to only have half olives on it, but the whole pizza was covered. Boneless wings could have been warmer, and maybe add some dipping sauce for the wings too.

Wow, That’s Right!
Toppings were very minimal. Each piece didn’t have toppings. The cheese was so minimal I could see the crust. Starting to compare to the $5 pizza place. Terrible.
