Well well well… My co-worker decided to treat us all to a pizza because of our hard work on a project. Everyone chose Pizza Hut because of its reputation. I was in my office but could overhear my colleagues trying to explain what we wanted to order. I specifically asked for a side of banana peppers because I happen to like them with my pizza but not everyone else shares in my enthusiasm. That request seemed to stump the employee taking our order. We also asked for a 2 liter so we’d have something to wash our food down with. We chose the Brooklyn style.

It was the first time I have been in years. Definitely will not wait so long to go back. The staff was very friendly and personable. The salad bar stayed fully stocked our entire visit, and the pizza buffet had a good variety of pizza and dessert .

My husband went here on his lunch break. He placed his order at 12:34. Got a email stating that it would be ready at 1pm. He got there around 12:57ish. When he got there they told him his order had 9 more minutes. My husband didn’t get his order until 1:50. This is unacceptable! He was in there almost an hour waiting on his food which took up his ENTIRE lunch break!

The buffet is horrible. A whole restaurant full of people and they can’t put out pizza fast enough at all.. I’m really under the impression they are mainly focused on other orders and don’t have the staff to handle the buffet customers

Dried out (not crispy) desert pizza. I ordered the Edge with half pepperoni, half ham with onions, bell peppers and black olives (how may slices of black olives and green peppers do you see?). The pizza was so dried out (not crispy, not flaky), stick in your throat. I could barely see or taste one ingredient from another. Would I could see is at least 3 geometric shapes/cuts. Called and spoke to the manager, Teresa Brooks, and she said she would make things right. We shall see.
