Quaint lil’ taco shop with excellent salsa – go for green!! Enchiladas were tasty, rice and beans a hit with our family. Burritos are BIG!! Great spot for grabbing take out and heading to the park.

I’ve been here only twice, but both times they’ve messed up my order. Very slow service compared to everywhere else. The food was good and their bathrooms are clean. They charged me 14$ for a bean and rice chimichanga that had no pico, no lettuce, no sour cream and no guac. I’ve ordered this hundreds of times all over San Diego county, but this is the only place that seems to have trouble inputting it into their register. This place is cash only, so add a 2$ ATM charge to your order if you don’t have cash and they have no salsa bar . Definitely have a lot they can improve on.

Definitely recommend this place .Costumer service was great. Place was clean as well as the restrooms. Great for dine-in or to go. Price’s are affordable. Food taste really good. Just a great spot to grab a bite to eat if your on a road trip and need to fill up or are in the area.

The 5 rolled taco special at $6.00 dollars is great compared to some other taco shops. It comes with a smooth avacodo guacamole. Probably mixed with sour cream? You can get the regular if you request. Bring cash it is cash only.

I went to Chitos this weekend and ordered a California burrito with guacamole. The burrito was decent and the spicy red sauce very good, but the burrito rolling needs work! The middle third of the burrito was all steak and fries, the top and bottom third all sour cream, guac and pico.

I finally got around to trying this place after living down the street for a couple years. I just had some of the best carne asada I’ve ever had, in SD or Mexico. My Mexican wife said the lengua is some of the best she had ever had (I even liked it and normally don’t)!

Customer service is bad. First time going and I will not go back. My girlfriend asked the ingredients to the vegetarian burrito and could not hear all of the ingredients. When I asked them, I had to also tell them that I could not hear every single ingredient. When I asked a second time politely, a second employee got an attitude with us and sarcastically told us each ingredient slowly and loudly. She acted liked we were idiots. I apologized and told her I am sorry but I could not hear her.

Seriously. I live in San Diego and this was the best Mexican I’ve had that I can remember. Super flavorful everything! Beef, enchilada, even the taco shells are freshly fried! And when are the refried beans from a place tasty?? These ones are!! Eat here!!
