I’m a fan, and customer, for life!!! The food is consistently great: fresh ingredients, perfect grill time, diverse options and toppings for your dream burger, minimum wait time, and finally, amazing milkshakes to wash everything down!

The cashier was very condescending to my wife. She asked if they had chicken sandwiches. He said, “If we did, we wouldn’t be selling burgers”. I almost lost it but maintained composure because I try to avoid confrontation. The food was good though.

I intentionally waited to finish my meal before I reviewed because after I got my bill I was ready to ask why anyone would want to come here, and also see why the chain isn’t as popular as It could be. Well, I bought a bacon cheeseburger with a small fry and small fountain drink. $24?!? I was shocked. They don’t have combos. You pay 13 dollars for a hamburger 5 for a small fry and 4 for a drink. There are much better places to get a delicious meal for 25 dollars. Tip included. Will be taking my business elsewhere. To top it off they have a picture of a review that says “CHEAP EATS” on their wall. Not even kidding.

Food was good but is a bit pricey for fast food. I would suggest removing Ethan from having contact with the customer, he was rude to myself and other customers. Might be more suited to running the fryer.

Burgers were big & tasty. Fries were good but 3 large orders was way too much for 5 people. Quality was good but a bit pricey for burgers & fries. We did take out but eat in atmosphere is only so so.

Typical 5 guys restaurant, dont expect anything fancy but polite, and courteous staffing, but yall not here for that yall wanna know why i wrote this review. Their food is immaculate IT IS ALWAYS HOT I MEAN TWO BIG BOYS IN A PHONE BOOTH HAWT. AND THEY COOK IT WITH DAMN LOVE THE FOOD IS SO GOOD. They always make sure to give you hella fries, you can pretty much get full off those without eating your meal but you’ll definitely have more for later. I got the Cajun fries they were seasoned with a black mothers intuition for season handling, for those that dont have black mothers, the fries had a plentiful amount to make sure your taste buds knew it was Cajun seasoning all on them fries ! Then i only had a junior (cause im health conscious ) Fr though that food is cooked like it’s got crack in it… I’m salivating thinking about it.. There isn’t any crack in the food but the flavor bursts in your mouth with just about any topping you can think of for a Burgers n Dogs type of restaurant. Juicy delectable food cooked with that “at home on the grill” feel. Nothing i can say wrong with this place they really restore faith in my fast food experience with this age of workers..When all else fails 5Guys in the Brookewood Village Excels!! out of 5 Stars

It was ok. They forgot my bacon on my burger but gave me some when I told them about it. Staff was cool and the food hit the spot.

I have never been to a Five Guys so I stopped by to ask questions and check it out. There were no postings with details on ingredients. When I asked cashier he had to ask manager for what size of burger patty and source of ground meat. They use 3.72 ounce patty not quarter pound (.25) and meat is ground chuck from commercially grown cattle. Their advertizement brags about cheap eats but at over $7 for a less than half pounder this is not a cheap burger place. Seems like lots of hype and not many customers. Fries were over $3. So this place would be over $10 for burger, drink and fries. The staff was not friendly and seemed put out by my questions so I did not eat here. Maybe free peanuts bring in some customers. Not me.
