Good food. All the food is smoked and smells wonderful. The sausages are good and come in a pretty large portion. The green beans are excellent and Mac n cheese is wonderful. Everyone liked their food, but the nacho sausage was a bit on the hot side. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices are a little bit high.

An honest review, some of the worst BBQ I’ve had. The portion size of the 2 meat combo seems to be about 6 ounces each and costing 13.99 pluse an adtional $1 for the dry shredded brisket. The pulled pork looks like it went through a blender, the Mac and cheese taste like box Mac and cheese from Walmart..the roll or bun or whatever it was, was burnt black on top. Won’t be back.

We ordered three Family Size sides for our wedding of 30 people. We were told by two separate employees on two separate occasions that each side came in a 12″x12″ pan. What we received was nowhere close to 12″x12″. At best it may have been 6″x9″. Needless to say we ran out of sides halfway through the meal. When we spoke with the Store Manager about the ordeal we were informed that “sizes recently changed” and what we received was indeed correct. He then proceeds to tell us that he questioned our order when he saw it as it seemed weird, but fixed it anyway. I’ve always enjoyed eating at Dickey’s, even with the prices being a little steep for the amount of food you get, but after this experience I don’t see me stepping foot in a store for a very long time!!

Idk why the other reviews are bad. Haven’t had an ounce of unhappiness after eating here. Great food, very filling. Always satisfied with Dickie’s. I do wish they had a nice vinegar based sauce but if I wanted it that bad I would just go to pines on 52.

Ordered side for a wedding asked for 12 x12 pans was quoted a price. Came in latter Ordered sides asked of the 12×12 payed for them. a friend picked them up the next day for the wedding. Was given the 6×12 pans when called about it it was told I payed for the 6×12 not the 12×12. Needless to say we ran out of food at the wedding

Good food. I had sliced brisket, another Westerner sandwich combo and another had polska sausage. We also tried the pecan pie. All were good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We both ordered the rib plate with original BBQ sauce, coleslaw, green beans, and mac and cheese. Everything was delicious. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and the service was excellent. We would definitely eat here again if we are ever back in the area.

What a nice little surprise! We followed our noses, literally!! This is my favorite type of bbq – Texas BBQ. You can order a dish, or pick your meat, then how you want it. They offer sweet, original, or spicy sauce with the meats. The brisket was PERFECT. I loved the creamed spinach too. Very friendly, helpful, and patient staff! Thanks for participating in a great charity as well. I will bring more friends here!!

This place has gone downhill big time. The sides had noo seasoning. My sandwich was made incorrectly. The owner of this establishment is disrespectful to customers, and wasn’t being very friendly with his employee either. Argued with me when I called to ask if I could get my sandwich remade. When I told him I couldn’t have a raw vegetable due to dietary restrictions, he stated there was no difference between raw or cooked. Medically speaking he is way wrong, and there are many people who cannot consume raw veg. Then he hung up the phone while cussing at me. Terrible customer service. Declining food.
