Hit or miss. When they hit half of the time, it’s great. Great service and i really like the pizza. When they miss, i get my order an hour after they promised it online and i have to wait in the store forever while 1 or 2 of the 6 people working are actually making pizzas for the crowd that is accumulating. Or they miss by screwing up my order…not in such a way that i can’t eat it. I always order extra sauce and extra cheese. Rarely does it look like there is extra either…one time i had to add cheese my pizza was so bald. If you order online on a Friday or Saturday and the website says done in 30 minutes….DO NOT take that seriously. If it is 4pm or later, better give them an hour or more and maybe your pizza will be done when you arrive. You are better off ordering at about noon on those days.

We ordered 2 chicken Mediterranean pizzas from here tonight. Never have I ever had such few toppings on one of these pizzas. They were on sale, so I’m not sure if that’s why but if I had known they were only going to use half the amount of toppings, I wouldn’t have purchased. Really disappointing and not worth the price.

This place has really gone downhill. We ordered via the app and the pizza wasn’t close to ready when they said it would be. Took over 30 minutes after walking in and the store wasn’t that busy – two employees on a Sunday night. I contacted them via facebook, filled out the online survey with no response. This store used to be great but the last two visits have been horrible – slow service and terrible pizza. Take a look!

Papa Murphy’s is one of my favorite restaurants that doesn’t cook the food for you. I personally prefer taking home cooked up ‘za, but it’s also pretty fun to bake it in your own kitchen.. The pizzas are downright delicious and the cheesy bread is also top notch. However, I do wish they would put bigger pineapples on their pies. Pineapple pizza enthusiasts like myself would be so grateful if they took those tiny bits of pineapple and chunked them up. Pro tip: only bake one ‘za at a time. They bake faster that way and you can snack on your first pie while waiting for the second.

The pizza here is the same quality as all other Papa Murphy’s. The service here over the past year has become miserable. Employees often get orders wrong and when you ask them to correct it they do so grudgingly. In the past I ordered pizza from here weekly but will no longer come to this location due to their lack of quality service. Go here only if you can’t get to another Papa Murphy’s in the area. If you do, make sure you watch them as they make your pizza and don’t count on it being correct if you call in an order. Update: I have come back to this location slowly over past few months. Service has improved and orders are now more consistent. I use the online system for orders now and it has helped.

I recently stopped by a Papa Murphys in Rosemount, and I have to say: Very impressed. As I walked in the store I was greeted with multiple hello’s and smiling faces. Being my first time I didn’t know what to get. The employees gave their opinions on what their favorite pizza was, and I ended up getting the Cowboy. After ordering the pizza, I decided I wanted a thin crust instead of the regular. The employees were already making my pizza when I asked them if they could change crusts, and they didn’t hesitate one second. I told them that it’s okay, they can finish the pizza, but they insisted they make it the way I wanted it. After about a 2 minute wait I received my new pizza, and the employee explained how the pizza should be cooked. My family and I ate the pizza later that night, and we all agreed that that was the best pizza we have ever had. Excellent service. Excellent quality. We will definitely be back.

I called ahead for pick up of one pizza and was told 20-30min. Within 10min of my original call I called to add on another pizza. I let a full hour go by as I knew they would have been busy at the time. When I walked in there was a single customer checking out with a total of four staff members that I could see. One of which was leaning on the food prep area with his forearms touching the counter. One of the staff retrieved my order of the first pizza and went to run my card. I asked if it included the other pizza (pepperoni) and the cashier said Yup and ran my card. I then asked where the second pizza was. They said oh yea you called for that other pizza. It had not even been made yet and he had to run my card again. Only one of the staff appeared to be moving with any haste and whipped up the pepperoni while the others were doing nothing. Poor service regardless if it was busy prior to my pick up.

I want to say worst store ever. Daughter went and picked up a pizza. Order with no tomatoes because of allergies that will kill me or put me in the hospital. Pizza came fully loaded. We did not notice till I took a bite. Called the store to talk to someone. The kid ( Rick )who answered the phone said it didn’t matter to him because he didn’t work at the store. She then got another kid on the phone (Chris) she asked to get a hold of the manager or district manager but was told it would be Monday. She better get a call on Monday or we will be getting a hold of the owner of the store. ALLERGIES TO FOOD ARE SERIOUS NO JOKE IT KILLS PEOPLE..
