My husband and I placed an order tonight and received the wrong order. We called them to advise them that the order was incorrect. They advised us that they will have the order resent. We waited an hour and still have not received the order. We called and request a Manager. They advised us the manager was busy but our pizza is on the way. Just called back and finally spoke with the manager and she had no idea what was going. At this point we requested a refund. I will never order pizza from here again.

I’m really a nice person.! But these people especially the manager is horrible business people…say they couldn’t find my order. So I got up out my bed and drove there. Because I was buying pizza for a friend and her kids…anyway…When I got there. I heard them yelling my name out..asking another customer was he picking up for Sharlene. And I’m standing right in their face after they told me they couldn’t find my order. This place really make you use your choice of words.! Bad customer service & bad management. But this won’t be the last they hear from me…cause this happened way too many times. And they never honor when they forget something or be wrong. I will be contacting a higher management. But…I will tell you this…I won’t spend another one of my HARD WORKING DOLLARS IN THIS PLACE! Definitely got the right one.!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! After our order at both dominoes on kings highway and Fairburn road got turned down because it was an order of 15 pizzas, papa johns happily took our order without hesitation. After a cinco de mayo event at our restaurant, we are extremely great ful for this location that fed us. Will be our top choice to order next year again on cinco de mayo and future events. Pizza was delicious and customer service awesome as well! Thank you.

If you’re going in for pickup, double check your order before leaving to make sure that everything you requested is there and food prepared correctly! No complaints, just an honest mistake that happens when a place gets busy and is only one of the very few that are open late! The thin crust definitely is my go to everytime but I forgot to ask them to cut into squares! Next time!

They have forever lost my business went to place an order today and the gentleman on the phone refused to take my order. Said I needed to place online or through there automation system. I told him I wanted to talk to a human and place my order he still refused. I couldn’t belive it he missed a very large sale. Marcos pulled for us though at least somebody had good costume service. Don’t waste your time with Papa John’s go somewhere else!!!

They’ve gotten my order wrong & sent me other people’s pizzas more times than I can count. If you want them to send you the correct pizza after they mess up, you’ll be waiting another 1-2 hours. But, they do always either refund the money or give a free pizza. They’re the only ones who deliver to my house so I keep using them even though pretty much every time I’ve ordered delivery it’s been wrong. Last night I order a medium pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks. we got a pepperoni, beef, bacon, pineapple pizza. who orders that??

You know my kiddo is picky with pizza. So we ordered dinner for Friday night from Papa John’s on highway 5. Something was incorrect with my delivery order and I called the store. The manager Sky was fantastic. She had a pleasant demeanor and went above and beyond to make it right. Pizza was fresh and tasty. Perfect ending to a Friday evening…..

Ordered pizza at 6:10 called after and hour and 40 minutes and was left on hold for 15 min. Called customer care back at 2 hours past order time was put on hold another 10 min to cancel. Have to wait 3 to 5 business days for my refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
