I have eaten at this location 4 times. 2 in person and 2 for Togo. I love the pho. I was disappointed in the food I received tonight. The basil and cilantro had mold growing on them. I called to let them know this and was told their policy is for the customer to bring the food back and they would give me a new order. I live 15 minutes away and had just gotten home so I did not want to drive back and they told me there was nothing else they could do. So if you order food Togo check your food before leaving the restaurant!

This Arkansas pho establishment is a hidden gem. Despite having the same prices as Houston, the soup is incredibly flavorful. The fried rice is a personal favorite of mine. The owners and head chef are remarkably friendly, and the staff, particularly a gentleman named Michael, are absolutely fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend this Asian restaurant, giving it a solid 9 out of 10!

Amazing food. Far exceeds expectation. Restaurant is a small building and not the most modern interior, but the food is top. New favorite for the area, and big portions. The pho was great, no complaints. The chicken hibachi was one of my favorites ever, deep flavor sauce on crispy chicken, moist and flavorful fried rice, and roasted veggies. The veggie noodle had delicious satisfying flavor with good ingredients.

Absolutely the best pho and more in Central Pulaski area. I’ve tried them all. We do have a lot of great Asian restaurants around but I’ve stumbled on this little jewel in the Jacksonville area. The pho is great. The fried tofu is heavenly and the crab cucumber salad is wonderful. Love the hot Jasmine tea in very cool cups. Greenery for the pho is always fresh. The Spicy tuna roll is yummy. Small area and tables are always full, but the chef is fast and service is excellent so you’re in and out as you please. Try this place, you won’t be sorry.

I’ve always loved their food. Unfortunate experience today. Roaches crawling up the curtains, across the windows and two strolled across our table. Informed our waitress, she apologized, we paid the bill and left. It happens, but this was medium, small and smaller roaches which means there are generations brewing. I hope they get this problem taken care of right away.
