I absolutely enjoyed my visit at Nationalities Lounge! A great place to eat, chill, listen to good music and vibe. The food is soooo good, I love the menu and the bartenders are top notch! My favorite part about my visit was the manager 🙂 She was so sweet and so attentive and friendly to me and my party. She made sure we had everything we needed and had a blast. I would definitely come back because of her level of customer service and detail! Highly recommend and I give 5 stars across the board!

Positive environment, great scenery in a nice laid-back chill spot where you can have fun while being safe. Great music of all kind and awesome customer service that get you your order on time. I highly recommend this place to anybody who want to chill, have a party or just want somewhere different to go. Shout out to the owner and a great management team.

The food is absolutely Amazing!!!..My go to dish is the catfish dinner. The service is Top tier., the bartenders are very friendly and the manager is very endearing and makes sure everyone is happy. I love the DJ on Thursdays and the live band pop ins. The lounge itself., it’s absolutely Beautiful and very inviting!

The food is phenomenal. The wait staff are the best, and the entertainment is out of this world.! I truly enjoy dining out at this establishment, and I would recommend that everyone else does the same. The Alfredo was plain and disgusting, also we didn’t receive the side of shrimp and bread was not toasted we paid for, this place has changed whoever cooking yuck I remember I used to ordered here on doordash all the time and I had vegetables in my Alfredo and you can see and tasted the chicken I will never eat here again

The food here is so good and the bartenders are the best I’ve ever seen. The manager is so accommodating, professional and can make any drink you ask for. I am never disappointed here. They even have a great brunch, live bands and DJs. There is always something fun going on there.

I just left Nationalities a few minutes ago and I’m HIGHLY disappointed in the customer service from one of the bartenders. First, the bartender was rude when I asked her what drink she was making and she never acknowledged me after sitting at the bar for about 20+ minutes after sitting down. Then, the bartender throws something in this bucket which caused water to splash on me. I asked another bartender (Celly) who was phenomenal if her friend/bartender was ok because her attitude was awful. Ultimately Celly and I believe the owner had a much more positive vibe than the manager who had thee worst customer service. I won’t be going back here because of the two times I went, the rude bartender was there. Not to me to mention, after communicating what happened to the owner, the rude bartender continues to say inappropriate comments aloud because she didn’t like that I informed her co-workers of her unprofessionalism. If I knew her name I would identify the rude bartender, but I think you get my point. It’s sad our own people don’t understand what true customer is and how it should be conducted with actions. The rude bartender did removed my meal from my bill, but she failed to understand why her actions were inappropriate.
