Everything was absolutely wonderful! We ordered the shrimp tempura rice bowl was full of veggies and sauce, shrimp was crispy, we also ordered spicy miso ramen, was exquisite! The noodles were soft and chewy the broth was rich the poached egg was perfect and creamy, the place was so clean and kind! If back in Denver I will definitely be back

I went here today for a quick lunch and it definitely didn’t disappoint. I ordered Chicken Gyoza as an appetizer and it was delicious. They were perfectly fried and the dipping sauce they came with was perfect. For Ramen I ordered spicy Shoyu Ramen. It was some of the best Ramen I’ve ever had. The pork was beautifully cooked and super tender that just fell apart. The broth was incredibly seasoned with just enough spice to make it enjoyable but not too much to make it unbearable. I would highly recommend Machi to anyone looking for some incredible Ramen in the area.

Super fresh, good service, exceptional pricing… I wish there was one close to my house. I will go out of my way to come back here though. I had the Unagi Bowl, & my friend had the Rainbow Bowl. We split the fried shrimp appetizer & really enjoyed it all.

Cute little place, the dish display was excellent as well as the food itself. Decent price for the portion compare to some restaurants I went too was way more expensive and doesn’t have all the ingredients and garnishes. Ordered the spicy miso soup with chicken, broth is spicy and flavorful too. Definitely going back and try other items.

I really enjoyed my poke bowl. Everyone else in my group did not. Ramen was really bland. Also the prices are a little high for what you get especially for fast casual. Spent $65 on 4 meals yikes!
