Decided to try a different place today. I placed an online order and received a completely different order. No drinks nor utensils. No cheesesteak fries. No side sauce. I received literally 1 cheesesteak sandwich in the bag. The sandwich was stuck to the wrapper. The wrapper was so greasy on the outside. Never again.

Ordered Lunch for Staff, and Uber. Food was “ok”, but you put all of our orders in bag, with very poor packaging, mess everywhere. You took the time to buy stickers and place them on it, but couldn’t find the time to mark what each sandwich is. 2 Sandwiches were also wrong, but right on the receipt.

Ordered 2 footlong $18 subs and they were out of 95% of what was needed for my order. Instead of contacting me, they threw a little of bit mystery meat between 2 hot dog buns and sent that out to be delivered. Spent almost $50 with delivery fee

The sub was delicious but I think they need to update their description for when they tell the customers what is all on the sub. I ordered a Chipotle cheesesteak and their was mushrooms on it. I absolutely hate mushrooms. That was the only thing not mentioned in the description. Otherwise I would’ve taken it off. Not a big deal but the sub was good after I picked all the mushrooms out.

Fist time and never again . The SLICES of cheese was just thrown on there and nowhere near melted consistently like it is portrayed on their menu. Also bread was cut horribly These are more $6.99 subs then $11 a peice . Do better I paid $26 through Uber plus gave the driver $12.50.nkt worth it at all

This has to be a ghost kitchen from somewhere awful. Incorrect order and already reheated fries that went stale in 10 minutes. Save your money and throw some Steakums on a hot dog roll if you want a sandwich like this.

This place is terrible. Ordered 3 steak sandwiches and a tub of fries. The sandwiches had hardly any meat on them and are mostly bread. The fries were cold and limp. Spend your money elsewhere.
