Always a great experience at this Arby’s. It can get busy at Noon, but is much MUCH better around 12:45 or later. The service is appropriate. They tend to have a good bit of turnover as far as staffing goes, so it can seem like someone new is always being trained, however the manager is typically always there doing the training and making sure that everything is done perfectly! TIP: The roast beef seems to always be fresher (not dry) earlier in the day. I’m not sure why, it just seems that way!

Went in after leaving my debit card an hour away at home. I asked if they would accept a bank acc./ routing #. Unfortunately they could not, however the manager graciously offered to cover my meal for me. This is a man who truly cares about his customers. He had an amazing energy and a very warm smile and kind spirit. From now on I will be visiting whenever I’m in the area. Five stars is not a good enough rating for these fine people

Went through the drive-through and first off, being friendly to customers matter, this lady had gotten my order and she was so polite, I roll up to the window and i’m greeted with a smile! I mean come on this lady needs a raise! For any managers looking at this since I didn’t get her name, it was about 8:38 PM June 4th 2023. And best fast food burger i’ve had.

They did away with my favorite sandwich, so I’ll probably never stop again. I always special ordered a Hot Ham & Swiss, and potatoe cakes. But they no longer offered it. My wife enjoyed her Roast Beef and Cheddar. Curly fries, Dr. Pepper. Drive thru, quick service. Prices up like everywhere.

I go here usually every 2 weeks with my husband and mom. She sees her cancer doctor here in iowa city so before hitting the road back home we stop here and pick up dinner quickly. We literally get the same thing every time and every time its mine that is always messed up, wrong or missing. I haven’t told them at this location anything about it. Figured just my luck, but it’s starting to get ridiculous so this next time(today) we aren’t stopping. Maybe I’ll try again next time. I love the food. It’s amazing just hate when it’s not right or missing. (My order isn’t complicated toasted bun, extra cheese…)
