Really wanted to love it. Ordered half a dozen donuts, caramel frappe and a sausage, egg & cheese sandwich but they got my order wrong and gave me a egg and bacon sandwich instead that tasted like burnt plastic! I loved the donuts and frappe but sandwich had to be thrown away unfortunately.

5am the guy taking my order couldn’t even say good morning, interrupts me while ordering to tell me to go to window when I wasn’t even done ordering… guy couldn’t use my card right. And just so rude I couldn’t explain to use the tap cuz he kept sliding and inserting and beating up my card. So upset about this…. so I went to the other Duncan on rt. 38.. the girl was so nice and pleasant… never using that Duncan and telling everyone to avoid this one… and to the rude worker. I get up every day at 3am for work and respect people… learn that.
