Red Trio is amazing. The service is great and the food and drinks are absolutely delicious! My husband and I had the Pork Belly appetizer. It was to die for and I highly recommend it. We then shared the 2 lb picada which was a mix of Churascco, Chorizo, Picanha, and Lomo. All the meats were delicious and tendered. They even placed a volcanic stone slab at our table to finish the meats so you have them at the perfect temperature. I highly recommend the mojitos. We tried both the regular and the watermelon. Great quality and a great price too! My husband and I are already talking about going back!
