I love Arby’s. I don’t know if this place is going through renovations or just in average condition. But it felt like a dying establishment. I can go to another Arby’s less than 10 miles away and a much better atmosphere. Very surprised by this location and expect more from Arby’s. I’m hoping it improves

Online ordering was easy, but this pick-up was bad. When I went through the drive-thru, they said to walk-in. What’s the point of online then? At the counter, they said, “oops, its not ready, so well, work on it. It’s been busy.” It wasn’t busy. They had 3 cars in the drive thru, counting us, and about 4 cars in the parking-lot.

Arbys in Papillion is a very clean restaurant and the food is always nicely prepared and served. We like the beef and cheddar sandwich and the reuben sandwich. Both the curly fries and crinkle fries are good, but the stuffed jalapeño appetizer is not very spicy or flavorful. Our overall experience at this location is always positive.

I love Arby’s, but not this location. Me and my husband go to the Cornhusker location every Saturday but decided to go to this location after our grocery pickup. I got the the new Diablo Dare chicken sandwich, my husband got the double roast beef. It did not come with a shake like it is advertised and the sandwich was just a tiny piece of chicken and it came slightly cold and was not good at all. Do not recommend this location!

We eat at this this Arby’s all the time, and usually it’s pretty good, but not tonight. I ordered from the 2 for $6 menu. I got a cold chicken tender sandwich and luke warm Mac n Cheese. Probably the worst meal ever at Arby’s. Very disappointing.

I ordered some Chicken Nuggets and I asked for some honey mustard and ketchup. I didn’t get any honey mustard. But I did get some ketchup!! The drive thru worker gave me 36 ketchup packets!!!!!!!!! I wanted to come back and speak with the manager about this foolishness but my wife said to let it go. I will never stop by your store ever again!!! The young man who did this, is a terrible person.. Who does this? This happened this past Sunday afternoon.
