This is by far the best McDonald’s in Northern Colorado Springs. Staff and service are always amazing. Food is always fresh. My only complaint would be that they occasionally do miss things from your order, but they are quick to fix when brought to their attention. BONUS.. They have never said that their ice cream machine wasn’t working!!

I have never seen such a poorly run McDonald’s in my life. I don’t think they understand the concept of fast food. This is one of the only McDonald’s I’ve been to where +20 minute drive thru times are seen as normal. They also never put napkins or ketchup in with your meals. The drinks almost always have soda spilled on the sides.

Staff is usually friendly but one day they say they don’t do hot and spicy meals and others they do, just depends on who’s working the register or not. So overall knowledge of menu from employees isn’t good, I hate catching the people who say they don’t do them there.

I’ve always had a great experience here, just make sure you use the drive-thru. It’s been a while since I worked fast food but they’re usually timed on orders in drive-thru, which is why they make you pull off into a a parking spot so they can stop the timer.

Rude employees. Freezing cold fries. And mcflurries were not blended. Literally, at all!! Just a few pieces of Oreo on vanilla ice cream. And their phone doesn’t work so you cant even tell them about your experience.

Awful service & management. They really need a lot more training. They refused to do something on my order, I left and went down the street and it was no problem for another McDonald’s. So sad for a brand new location to be going downhill so fast.
