I came next door to get an oil change and decided to kill some time while I waited.. I stumbled in to an atmosphere that seemed out of place in Stockton.. the store was clean, the AC was working (big plus in this summer heat), and the man working the register was courteous and prompt with service.. I appreciate the hard work and customer service.. thank you guys at Taco Bell on Hammer Lane by the Jiffy Lube

This place is our go-to every time we crave burritos and quesadillas. Most often than not, we visit the same area without any expectations simply because we know what to expect. What propelled me to write this review was the customer service we received from this young lady. I could not remember her name. But she is an African American that works around 5 pm. What’s fascinating about her is that she answers our inquiries without us feeling that we are just a number. Excellent customer service!!! I hope their manager reads this and give her compliments/ recognition.

Normally this place is a solid establishment. We placed our order which was firstly placed incorrectly because of the lady taking our order had a major attitude which solely alone will be me not coming back. It was around 4:57 pm and i was order number 307 ( yes I took note of that) why? Because I did not get a receipt with my order and when I asked for one the lady who had taken my order got extremely defensive and was verbally arguing with us. The older lady who I assume is the manager and was trying her best. In all honesty I dont think it was anything to do with the manager or the other woman who was there at this time on may 30th 2020 at 4:57 pm order number 307. If i had to lead the lady who took my order I would have a better chance of getting a screen door to float. Literally waited 5 minutes for the order to even be taken. Also your monitor is broken badly and needs replaced. Alot needs to be done to this location. Overall looks like an eyesore.

First off this was one of the newer remodeled locations. It was clean and the staff was friendly. I have been eating at Taco Bell for almost 50 years and this by far was one of the cleanest locations I have ever visited. The food was hot and arrived quickly to the vehicle.

The parking lot set up is still terrible! They revamped the restaurant but only made the in and out access worse by putting posts right in the way to get to the parking lot and drive thru. You end up in the middle of the road waiting to turn into a long drive thru line all the while holding up traffic and making people mad. Someone should have thought smarter on the set up of this.
