Great service, it was nice to go in and have a person take your order as it should be. Hope Arby’s continues to hire people to wait on their customers and doesn’t go to the computer taking your order. South Carolina loves smiling faces and not a facial contact with a damned computer.

So impressed with Nikki at the drive thru. She was so friendly and patient as we ordered! It was so wonderful to have someone treat us nicely because customer service is very scarce nowadays. Excellent service and incredible food!! I went with my family (my aunt and wheelchair-bound grandmother) and we got a Reuben and the steakhouse burger. The food was delicious and the folks are so kind there!!!!!

This place sucks. As a fellow worker people had to wait over 9 minutes some nights because people wouldn’t do their job correctly. The team members would play around and take advantage of their break. They act all nice until they fire you. Overall it’s horrible there.

(I went over to Arby’s just to get a milkshake just few min ago Thursday April6 2023 I was looking forward to that large chocolate shake but even tho the guy said “it’s just white cause it’s not mixed good “it was NOT CHOCOLATE. I didn’t even go back to get the food redone when they burnt my food. A week or two ago.I am sorry but I throwed the rest of it away cause nothing chocolate about that, so no more Arbys for me & I bragged Abt their shakes.)
