Staff were friendly BUT food was not as expected. Low value for money. We requested to change the sausages with sweet corn. They didn’t. They excluded the sausages and the corn as well. The fried fish was cold, smelly and not fresh.

Went to Krab Kingz in Humble, TX last night. Y’all the food was so so so good. The waitress gave amazing service and was very informational about the the owners of the company. We ordered the #2 and #8.Here’s a peep of what we ordered. Snow crabs, lobster, shrimp potatoes, corn and eggs.

We got a seafood boil here , and we asked the cashier how spicy was the flavor we picked, she said it would not be spicy that it was mild. We got our food and we couldn’t even eat it because it was extremely spicy ( our tolerance is good) then they claimed the soda machines didn’t work, but each drink is $3 ( no refills ) now I could be wrong, but I feel as though this was intended for us to pay more for drinks. Won’t be back. Rating 4 stars because we have came in the past, and loved it.

Last night I ordered my food at 6:30, I called at 7:05 to ask if the meal was ready. Unfortunately they cooked the food with expired half & half milk for their chicken & shrimp pasta that someone had to stop them to serve to me. They did not call me to tell me they were redoing the meal. I received my food around 7:45, they were so sorry I’m thinking ok the food is going to be right. Once I returned home the pasta had no sauce at all it was totally dry. The meal was $25.00. I called the following day because it was super late by the time me kids began to eat. They even hated it. I called the manager he response I can only give Boudain balls. I have eaten there prior just to order the crab meals. Every time I’m spending a $100.00. I asked if they would replace my $25.00 he said know. Not cash maybe a gift card. No. And by the way I could not understand how can you sell chicken tenders with no sides. No fries, no chips nothing. But only for kids meals. They are definitely highly overrated, and overpriced for what they are offering. It’s much better places than this one. The cups are large & medium to damn overpriced for me. These are suppose to be chicken tenders, with fries. My 7 year old said they look like chicken nuggets. My kids have more sense than them. And I honestly I have never had to write a review like this for any company about the food. The workers weren’t bad, they even said the prices and the menu doesn’t add up. They own workers feel like the manager and whomever is cooking and etc doesn’t have it all together. They need some new people managing their business. Yes, the nuggets and the pasta is a no. My kids enjoyed the crabs but, we can go somewhere else.

The Krab King needs to be dethroned. The snow crab was not fresh, it was dry. How sway when it comes out of the water??? The boiled egg was rank and tasted like it was made yesterday. The spice level chart needs to be revamped. I had Kitchen Sink (2nd highest level) and I can easily say Tony Cachere’s kicks way harder. Extreme disappointment. Oh and if you ask for water, they give you a tiny 8oz plastic cup to go with your $30 meal. Classy!
