What a treat! We loved it so much that we came back the next day again for lunch and dinner. The burger was one of the best I had since a long time! The zucchini dish was outstanding. We travel most of the time with our dog so it was nice to be able to sit outside on the patio. The owners are a powerhouse and when one of our meals wasn’t out by the time all of us had their main course they didn’t charge us for it. We will be back!

Stopped here after the capital reef and grand stair case drive. Highway 12. Hours here are short but they were open late at 8 pm. I ordered cauliflower and the burger, I forget the name. The service was friendly and pleasant and helped me order the must have food if driving through. Cauliflower bites were great and the burger had a lot of meat on it but the flavor was phenomenal, I would highly recommend. The music and atmosphere set the mood.

The chef at Circle D is absolutely one of THE BEST, ANYWHERE. No hyperbole. Coming from NJ, to experience the pleasure of this food, is an annual highlight for us. Warm and welcoming environment. Came here after hiking the Lower Calf Creek Falls. Was absolutely exhausted and starving. Demolished every morsel of food given to me. There aren’t a lot of options for food in Escalante, but this is definitely the best choice. I’m ready for a nap.

Food was okay but anything would taste good after over an hour wait. The waitress said we’d have to wait for about 5 minutes but that was to be seated. I got here around 12:40pm. Waited about 20 minutes to get our orders taken, and another 40 minutes for our food to come out. There were only maybe 3 other groups.

A year ago, I enjoyed the best meal I ever had, at Circle D. I anticipated the same this year….. I don’t know what changed….The lemon basil chicken was good,… but not incredible… I suggest you avoid the Queen Tea… it tastes like soap….!?
