I bought a medium, two topping from Papa John’s (alfredo sauce, chicken, bell pepper) that cost me $16. When I got the pizza it was extremely small, half the size of Domino’s…. The price for a medium Pizza at least twice the size is $8… I usually go to Domino’s but for some stupid reason I wanted to give Papa John’s a try. Don’t waste your money! You’re only paying for the name and first Shaquille O’Neal to be on a commercial. Trust me try Domino’s Pizza delivery is cheaper and food is bigger and much better.

I had to get a refund because it was taking to long. I waited 1 hour for pickup. Was told 25-35 minutes. I understand being busy but they told me the pizza was just put in the oven when I arrived. I waited 25 more minutes and was literally told they don’t know where or what happened. Also the manager left the guy taking orders out to dry as there were others wanting refunds as well. She wouldn’t even come to the front. She couldn’t be bothered.

Ordered from here when they first opened. Pizza was ok. Service was terrible. Ordered again today, had it delivered, and it looked like Ace Ventura delivered it. It was thirty minutes past when they said it was being delivered, and there was two slices upside down. How does that happen? Domino’s alabaster from now on, or little caesars. Maybe we’ll try again in another year or so…

Worst pizza experience ever. Placed order online for delivery. It said it would be max 72 minutes until delivery. Almost 2 hours later I tracked it online at it still showed preparing. I called the store after holding for 5 minutes the person that answered rudely told me they didn’t know how much longer it would be and that I could just come pick it up?!?!. Nothing but kids working here with no supervision.
