Went in there today and got ignored while the gentleman in the front that takes the orders could send a text and he treated me like I was an inconvenience to him. Took him 10 minutes to put my blt through the toaster. The lady that builds the sandwiches was even asking what he was doing. Everyone else was pleasant. The food was good.

I order from potbelly’s a lot, I ended up today paying extra for bacon… when I got my sandwich (delivered from Ubereats) I have not even a full strip of bacon and it’s burnt to charcoal. Lesson learned. I won’t be ordering from here for a while.

Ordered a brownie chocolate cookie but got the oatmeal chip cookie. Called and was left on hold. Didn’t have time to wait to sort it out. Just gave the cookie to a friend. Delivery was quick. Think I didn’t get the chocolate shake with second flavor Oreo but drank that so oh well.
