We stopped by this Jimmy John’s location when passing through town on a road trip. We stopped in a little before 4 pm and we were immediately told they had just closed. The hours online show they close at 8 pm, so we were confused. We also watched them let someone else in after we got to the car. I’m not sure what is going on with this location, but it was very unprofessional and irritating. I will not be back.

Jimmy John’s is the worst. The sandwiches are good and that’s the ONLY reason I’m still going. They open and close when they get ready. Please DO NOT rely on the store hours posted. There have been times the closing time posted is 8pm and it would be closed at 2pm. It’s never open. Why don’t they just close down completely if they’re not going to open? And to look at all the other reviews saying the same thing and yet, nothing has changed. Good grief!

Keep getting worse. I like Jimmy John’s but not this location. This is definitely one place that needs to turn robotic. Take the jobs away from ignorant people who don’t want to work anyway. There’s never a delivery driver especially between lunch and dinner. People answer the phone act like you owe them something. Jackson MS has the worst businesses and employees I’ve ever seen in my life, no exaggeration

I just wish they would change the information for this location to reflect whatever the actual hours are. It seems like they’re only open for a few hours for lunch on weekdays. I walked in today at 2:30 and was told they were “closed”.

They closed an hour early and voided out at least 8 orders including mine. I know this based on all the crumbled up voided receipts the employee looked through to find mine. I had no indication of a cancelled order or even a refund.

Food is usually good but also fairly unreliable. If y’all are no longer open Saturdays please turn off online ordering instead of cancelling twenty minutes after ordering and take Saturday hours off of google. This is the third Saturday I think I’ve tried to get food here with no luck.
