A few weeks ago I needed lunch for a crowd and our original dining plans fell through. I called up pitaway and they were able to prepare a meal for my 10 guests with only 30 minutes notice. We ordered one of the family meal options with some extras added on. The food was great and the service was efficient. Everyone was full and happy. I was very impressed with how fast they prepared that much food. These folks really came through for me and helped me out with what would have been an embarrassing situation (that is, inviting people over for lunch and not providing lunch! Yikes!)

I’ve had mostly good experiences at Pita Way in the past but tonight I tried placing an online order around 7 pm (they close at 9) and it said they weren’t accepting online orders. So instead I call the restaurant to place my order over the phone and I’m greeted by an automated voice saying “For all orders over $100 please press 1. Please place all other orders online.”

First time at Pita Way today and the “Sandweech” lol was awesome! A little pricey but what isn’t these days. Both employees Lawrence and Karl were very nice and knowledgeable about every sauce and item. They wear gloves and I didn’t see any mishandling of money to food per someone below had mentioned, so I do believe they had corrected that issue and went over food handling guildlines properly. But anyhow I had so many questions being I have never been there and the employees were on point. Definitely recommend Pita Way in Brighton! Its a good place for something different when other fast food choices aren’t on your hunger radar.

We were on a road trip to northern Michigan and stopped for a bit…the food was fantastic. We don’t have this in our state so the staff was so polite and happy to make suggestions. Would definitely go back when I go through Michigan. Falafel, chicken shawarma, and pita quesadilla were amazing

Make no mistake, the food here is great. I’ve been eating here for sometime now but today I noticed something that I can’t unsee. I watched a dude make my food, then handle money and touch the register then go back to making food with the same gloves. I’m real grossed out about it. Y’all gotta be more on top of safe serve practice.

When I ask for dark meat chicken I don’t mean burnt to a crisp and Impossible to eat it also took a chunk out of my gums so that was unpleasant. I feed most of the chicken to my dog but threw away pretty much 20 dollars. I’ve eaten here many times but this was a terrible experience

I order lunch a lot for multiple people (for work) and we frequent this location. They recognize me and know me by name which is just an added comfort. The employees are always so nice and the food is always right. It has never been bad quality and always tasted great!
