Ordered a 6:30 timed order. I called the store at 6:45 to see where my order was. Rude lady told me it would be another 30 minutes. My order was an hour late. I have kids that eat dinner at a certain time because they have school. When a customer orders a timed order it goes over any other order. I delivered pizza for 10 years I know how it works . Do better papa johns.

I placed an order on January 11 and it took exactly 2 hours to bring it to my house. I made the claim and his manager called me the next day to make a refund. It’s been 1 month and I’m still waiting for the refund.

I ordered a large pizza with no sauce. The pizza was badly burned, and the cheese did not even cover the whole pizza, the way is supposed to be. The pizza tasted like cardboard. Worst pizza I ever had. I would not recommend this place.

I placed a pizza order tonight at this Peachtree Parkway location and I was told it would be 60-80 minutes for the pizza to be prepared. I was surprised at the wait time; however, once I arrived at the place I was surprised that the only 1 employee working was Michael McKenzie – answering phone, greeting guests, and cooking pizzas. I can’t imagine how he was holding things together or keeping things straight with no help available to him. He is working his butt off to make customers happy and keeping pizzas ready for the delivery drivers. He should be congratulated for a job well done in trying times.

Nothing positive to say unfortunately. Saturday evening, expected time to be ready, 1hr, it took 1.5hrs. BBQ Chicken with bacon, very little chicken and look at the crust! Terrible.

Outrageous wait times. No estimated wait on the website either, so no way we could have known. Ordered a medium pizza and cheese sticks, wait time was 67 to 77 minutes on a weekday night! Unbelievable. When I called to cancel the order the lady who answered didn’t seem apologetic or sincere. Don’t waste your time. Best bet is to try one of the other multiple local pizza places.

This unit is consistently troubled with incorrectly made pizza. If you order a 5 topping special and ask for doubles of any condiments, be prepared to get a single, skimpy serving. Double check before leaving if you pick up! . Use a coupon, they always have a special! ask! After many years of using this unit, we and our neighborhood has dropped this unit.
