Wonderful customer service! However the restaurant was HOT! Upon asking about the ac, I was told that the air had been out for 3 weeks! Now, I visited at 9am…. it was easily 80 degrees in the dining room. I can’t imagine what it would be like to work standing over a fryer in the heat of the day without ac. This is unacceptable for your customers….. much less your employees. Please get this fixed!

The food was typical fast food. Nothing special but not real bad. The biggest complaint I have is there was a woman with a child sitting at a table about 25 feet from the counter and her and the employees were almost yelling across the room very loud discussing work schedules and talking about cooking food. It was very loud, disturbing and not what you discuss in front of customers. Jada took our order, and she was super nice, very respectful, and very attentive to our order. My wife said there was a child’s training potty in the women’s bathroom, which we assessed was for the managers grand daughter that was with her at work. We will not be stopping by this location again.

The food was fresh and delicious. Staff was friendly enough. The restaurant from front to back could use a detailed cleaning. Also, many maintenance things could be addressed. It was very warm in the dining room even though it was only 84 degrees outside.

So I got the value meal $5.99 double cheeseburger combo very impressed with the quality of the Patty real beef! tell them next time not to put so much ketchup on it, decent amount of fries decent size fresh Dr Pepper. All in all I have to say this is a real value at today’s high prices.

The floors were just mopped, but it didn’t feel like they used soap to do it. The food was okay, but you could see the kitchen from the dining room and the floors back there were FILTHY. The staff also seemed not to care at all about the cleanliness or the way they treated customers. They were not kind at all. Would not go back.

I ordered the 4 for $6 that is currently being offered. I was told the restaurant was out of bread for the burger and that they only had two drink flavors. So I ordered a drink, fries, and two chicken sandwiches. I was charged $8.74. I got to the windows and was given the spicy chicken sandwiches and a drink with no ice because they were out of ice as well. I asked about the fries not being in the bag. I was told they were not rung up and that they would cost and additional fee. I asked could the order be rung up correctly with the promotional price since that was what I requested. I was told that it could not be corrected and that there was nothing else that could be done expect pay more money. I asked for a refund. I was refused a refund from the manager on duty. I was told that they could not give a refund and I was given a phone number and name of the district manager and that I would have to call them after 5 to get a refund. The phone number did not match the one on the receipt. Very unprofessional.

My girlfriend and I showed up at 7:30 and tried to order some food. Not only would they not answer at the drive thru intercom, but the would not even come to the window. Every employee was sitting in the lobby playing on there phones. Terrible service.
