Ordered three piece chicken strips dinner this evening. They asked if we were dine in. We responded yes. Got order. They packaged for take out. Opened meal at table to find they had given me a kid meal with small portions. Returned the meal to register. Server thought it was funny, but said that was regular menu. As I voiced my displeasure, the heavy set woman with long brown hair said, “You can always go somewhere else.” She was walking away and thought I didn’t hear her. Will not return.

Love this Arby’s. Staff is friendly and works hard to get orders out. Food is made with care and looks as good as it tastes. Excellent store Disappointing portion sizes for the more expensive sandwiches, especially the promo sandwiches like their new Brisket and Bacon Dip. But overall still great food.

I just spent $10..68 for a brisket sandwich and a medium order of fries.. Both were dry and not fresh. The meat was dry and overcooked,possibly prepared sandwich quite awhile earlier. The fries were cold. Why is it none of the food comes out the window like it’s shown in your advertisement and photos. I will not spend my money at Arby’s. I could have gotten a good meal at a restaurant for what I paid at Arby’s in Webb City.

Had an issue with an online order, got charged even though it said it didn’t go through. Decided not to eat there and got something else. Realized an hour later was charged so went back to the restaurant. They showed me how to contact to get a refund. And apparently the order still went through on their end and they made the food and had it there. They let us have it and gave me 2 $5 coupons for the future. I think that was great customer service. Came 20 minutes to closing, the girl at the drive through had an attitude over the intercom when taking our order then took 5 minutes to even acknowledge we were at the drive through window then when our food was being handed to us the bag was packed so full the bottom ripped out and went all over the ground and she still had the nerve to have an attitude because she had to have them remake the food and very irately told us to pull forward and wait. Very unprofessional no matter what time of night it is you don’t close until midnight.

Tried fish sandwich=NOPE , gave me upset stomach and nausea. Skimpy on tartar sauce. curly fries were dry and hard. Small drinks were over $2 each. There supposed cheap special became not so special.

The food (roast beef) is great although the service & service times to place and receive your order is disappointing. I mean they are not the fastest in the fast food industry but keep in mind you want a great roast beef sandwich…which Arby’s definitely is the absolute best roast beef in fast food!!

I went thru the drive thru. The employee was very courteous while taking my order and repeated it to me. The two cars ahead of me were taken care of quickly so I didn’t have to wait long on line. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious.
