Stopped by on our way home from vacation. We ordered 4 drinks. I ordered soy instead of milk in my coffee. He asked me about it again, then wrote it down. I received a caramel macchiato with milk…. . We were too far down the road to turn around to get this fixed. Save yourself some trouble and drive up the road to the other store in town. The GI upset from drinking regular milk was not worth it

Ellijay Starbucks with the drive-through and East ellijay is the best Starbucks in the area when I go to Gainesville when I go to Jasper when I go to Blue Ridge they never get my coffee right but East ellijay always gets it right

I ordered a peppermint mocha grande which I get all the time. The blonde headed young girl needs more training. No peppermint flavor at all and tasted watery. It was more like a weak hot chocolate. The people in front of me complaining also. So back to the Starbucks in Ellijay at yeast they know how to make this over 6.00 coffee.

Coffees okay employees friendly but I order the same drink everytime and I never know if it’s gonna be good or not. Starbucks has become just as inconsistent as dunkin and I’m not just picking on this location it’s all of em.

Everything I gotten at this Starbucks has been great, made and served quickly. No complaints. Just have to walk into Ingals to get it, but most Starbucks are walk in and I usually don’t go to this one unless I’m going in to shop. I like being able to get a tasty treat to sip on while I do my shopping.

Even though store had signage saying star award redemption available, cashier said they didn’t allow redemption. Maybe he was new? He didn’t seem to want to be bothered. Service fast and beverage great though.

Every time I buy a drink, they seem to never make it right. I have been here at least 20 times thinking it will be different but the drinks are always terrible. Don’t go here! My last trip the lady working the register said I couldn’t put money on my Starbucks card before paying for my order… She had no idea what she was doing. Drive the the Starbucks by Ihop! They are amazing and so friendly.
