I have gone to this Taco Bell for decades. Last night it was a surprise when I went in and had to order for myself on a touch screen. But I discovered all sorts of fun ways to customize my order like with extra onions and green sauce. I got two burritos and they were great! I only wish I could get TWICE the amount of extra lettuce (I am diabetic so I like more of the salad stuff.) The restaurant is clean with up-to-date decor.

I went through the drive-through the customer service was horrible the girl sounds like she couldn’t be bothered with anything. She kept cutting me out when I tried to talk. My shredded beef, grilled cheese, dipping taco was made wrong. It was made on a crunchy taco shell instead of the way it should’ve been made. I feel like I was ripped off.

The app said the Mexican pizza was not available at this site, but they had posters in the windows.? The drive thru was packed so I chose to walk in. The new layout is confusing with the self help terminals. Who do you see? The counter person or the terminal? I want my drink cup so I see the counter person. Luckily they took my order. But whether I get my food faster at the walk up or drive thru or terminal I couldn’t decide although I suspect drive thru was fastest. But if I didn’t go in I’d not have saw the new iced tea. I forget the name but it tastes like grape soda. The food on par with other taco bells. It’s the service that counts. I was generous with 4 stars. Possibly 3.5

Asmos Taco bells this one is decent, You don’t really get stuff you ordered if you changed it up like I wanted some stuff on the side and they just put it right in. Don’t care. But it’s Taco Bell so you know you get what you get.

Terrible terrible service !! DO NOT COME HERE!! The Hispanic lady gave me the wrong food and insisted that I that’s what I ordered even though I DONT EAT MEAT AND I DIDNT ORDER THAT!! She was taking a drive through order at the same time so wasn’t paying attention I guess but she’s super rude and at some point just stopped talking completely after continuously insisting that that’s what we ordered. This is honestly ridiculous and super rude and just terrible service. She won’t replace the food and won’t give me a refund even though I know dang well I didn’t order whatever it is she gave me.

The mean manager lady gave my friend the wrong order, and when she went to politely ask for the right item, but the manager refused and told her that that is what she ordered. She was extremely rude and stubborn wouldn’t listen to logic or reason. Highly don’t recommend.

This Taco Bell has the utmost disrespectful and disgusting customer service. My husband went there with my card and I forgot to unlock my card- so it declined naturally so he calls and we fix it then the manager takes the food back like out of his hands and says to my husband that he doesn’t have any money. Instead of waiting two seconds for the card to be able to be used. Absolutely horrible. All the while the lady (I wouldn’t really call her that actually) helping him refused to re-run the card in front of him and all the employees were laughing. So disgusting. I hope they all get fired when I’m done.
