Normally never had a problem with this particular location. I accidentally selected this location when I was ordering my lunch. I was more then 20 miles away so I called to cancel. Their employee, Maria, answered and was explained about my mistake. I asked her to cancel my order but Maria decided to take it upon herself to tell me that they don’t cancel orders. That it wasn’t their fault I selected the incorrect store. I explained to her that I was not blaming them. I just wanted to cancel my order. She insisted on not being able to cancel. I asked to speak to her manager but proclaimed to be the one in charge. Overall very asinine experience with Maria. If in fact she was the manager then she tried to just keep my money. If she lied about being in charge and was just being lazy then she should be let go. This was my first experience with any employee from Little Caesar’s that was unpleasant. I’d recommend just going to another location if Maria is still there. Not worth the time over cheap pizza. ♂️

Terrible customer service. Bought two orders of breadsticks and didnt get my marinara sauce. Had to drive like 3 times because they kept forgetting my sauce, by the time I got my sauces for both of my orders, my food was very cold.
