After nearly 45 minutes of waiting, my delivery order was cancelled. I contacted Chipotle support and they refunded me but I had used a reward and they told me they weren’t going to give me the points back for the reward I used. 700 points and multiple purchases down the drain as they “decided” to not refund my points and give me credit for the reward I used. This is hardly the first time I’ve had a bad experience with deliveries through Chipotle. Multiple times I’ve not received the right order, I’m missing items, and this is the last straw for me. 45 minutes of waiting just to have the order canceled for no reason and they won’t properly refund me? I won’t be ordering again that’s for sure.

Never go to this location after 8pm. Even though they close at 10pm after 8:30pm they are packing up for the night. They didn’t have corn, guacamole, or barbacoa meat. The counters look terrible and the service was beyond slow. Very disappointed and very much hungry. These restaurants just aren’t the same anymore… All of them suck. Save your money and cook at home.

The place was well staffed and yet they can’t keep the counter clean and the place organize. The place wasn’t busy at all. There were only 2 customers at the time. The one customer was just talking to the one of the employee who prepares or cook the food and me. I mean he could have been cleaning the counter while he was talking to the customer. I feel bad to the owner of this chain who’s paying for extra employees that aren’t doing anything. With all that staff this Chipotle had at that shift they were 6 out on the floor and another person who keeps coming in/out from the right side, total 7 people. Yet the bar wasn’t keep clean, the warmer isn’t filled or if trying not to put any food cause they’re not busy they shouldn’t leave the empty ones there cause it looks dry and really is a bad presentation. Like what I said there were only two people to be served one was just talking to the one customer and me. I waited a while so I just left. To the owner of this location you have cameras use it. Don’t over staff your store when it’s not necessary.

Well i know it could sound a bit excessive but i work in customer service and my boss chews me out if we don’t greet our customers.. or give em somewhat of a decent service. no one acknowledge us my mom, bf and i. out of five of the workers no one said hello or helped us (except a cook w colored eyes told us that hopefully someone will be with us soon, while checking to see if anyone will come, but no one did) I mean at least the girl taking her break gave us the code to the bathroom that was sweet. But other than that, i would work on it even if u gotta fake it.

Wow. I open my bowl excited for my lunch. And I can already see the bottom of the bowl. There wasn’t enough of anything. The rice was old and crunchy. Being gluten free and having only a select places to eat. I was highly disappointed.

Great food. Service was a bit subpar, mainly because of a lift by a homeless man. The staff, generally was helpful and attentive. The atmosphere is okay. Good for solo eating or for dining in small groups- no large group gatherings.
