Glad they finally corrected the photos that implied this was “sit-down.” They is a no-frills, so-so customer service, primarily frozen seafood focused carry out. A black owned business ✨I am glad to support from time to time, but not a great staple. If you’re in the area pop in for typical seafood offerings. The taste will do, but they could do a whole lot better to serve up fresh seafood and leave the freezer out of play. Better than most carry out for seafood, but underwhelming.

They are a fixture in Washington, DC, and a massive landmark that is secretly located in Edgewood Community, as the area is known to older residents. This is my go-to place for delicious wings, fries, and other foods. It’s a hidden gem in the middle of Washington, DC. Additionally, I feel safer buying wings and fries here than at the Chinese takeout.

I feel like I’ve known them forever!!! The staff is absolutely awesome. I go so often I know the menu by heart. The food is amazing and so are the cakes for dessert. Cheeseburgers great! Tenders and wings and all their flavors awesome ! Platters taste like home! Fried salmon with old bay sauce a smack to the taste buds!!!!! Love love love!!

I went back there thinking I was going to get some good fish like Horace and Dickies but all I got was an overpriced dry fish sandwich with french fries for $13 which I really thought is worth 6:50 no no I know those girls work really hard but I’m just being honest as a former restaurant owner of two restaurants when you do seafood you do it right so you can have a line coming out the door every time especially around lunch time

No complaints at all! They were out of one menu item and replaced it easily. Customer service was great. Food was delicious. The kitchen is clean and I watched as the cook washed her hands and gloved up. Black owned option to Chinese carry out. Two young, Black women were working the day I went in. Wonderful way to support the community!

DO NOT let the location fool you! Mom and daughter get it ALL THE WAY in!! The food is EXTRA good and for a very reasonable price. Service is great also. My ONLY regret is that they’re closed on the weekend.

This was my first and last time. The food is nasty as hell. Heavily breaded and for what they charged I could have gone to Cameron’s and did better. I love to support black business but that ish was the pits. How you manage to mess up coleslaw? If I could have given them Zero I would. I don’t know how they still in business . I order the seafood platter and the only thing that tasted worth eating was the hush puppies.
